Add me to the long list of surprised and satisfied Les Schwab customers! I woke up early on Black Friday to attack the sales, only to find out that there was a blasted nail in my front tire. (My husband swears he didn't put it there on purpose to keep me from shopping....hmmm.) I pull up Yelp and decide to head to the first 5-star place in my local area for flat repairs....I figure it'll be like many of the other tire chain places and brace myself for the "you gotta replace your tires instead of doing a simple patch" speech.
I pull up into the parking lot, rummage through my purse, and am shocked to see one of their representatives walk up to my front door and ask what I needed assistance with. I've never had car side service before! I explain what I need, and they tell me it'll be done in 20 minutes. I head over to the McDonald's next door and grab some breakfast to kill the time.
When I come back, the car is ready AND the guy tells me it's on the house! Normally, I'd think it's because I have spectacularly good hair, or that my push up bra finally did its job, but by now I have read the 40+ Yelp reviews that state that this is just what these guys do.....give free patches with a smile and hope that you return when you need tires. And you know what? They certainly did win me over...and I will definitely check them out in the future when I need real tire work! Yay for Les Schwab!

Very fast service - as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, someone came by to ask how I could be helped. I came in at 8:45am on a Monday, and 35 minutes later I was leaving with my new tires.
Their onsite tire selection seems a little limited - I only wanted to change our my rear tires, and the matching tires for my car would have to been ordered- but they could install them later that day. So if you want a specific tire and are not in an emergency like I was, call a day in advance to have them order your tires.

Just got back from having our tires rotated at Les Schwab in San Carlos. We were in and out in less than thirty minutes. They were super nice, really professional and provided quality service. This was the first rotation on our new car and they have most certainly earned our business. We'll be back again and again.

Super helpful. They were willing to stay open a bit late until I made it through the rain and traffic to make sure I got there on time. They did a great job and gave me an honest assessment on my tire needs for my MINI.

Easy 5 stars here. Great customer service and speed. They include all sorts of free services when you buy a set of new tires (check your tires before you leave for Tahoe, balance the tires, etc.). I highly recommend.

Believe it or not -- I got a full-on flat on another tire. Les Schwab (Arin) helped me with the same enthusiasm and attention to service. They fixed the flat in under 30 minutes and once again it was complimentary. If I ever need to replace my tires, Les Schwab is at the top of my list.

Les Schwab is as good as it gets with customer service. They are genuinely nice and understand that the customer is their reason for existence (I believe this is even in their mission statement).
I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer longer since I was 16 and had my first car. I remember buying tires there and a few months later I had a flat out in the country. Les S came and fixed it (drove 60 miles round trip) for FREE. They do lots of minor work for free such as rotations, minor alignment adjustments or fixing flats.
I just bought new tires here last week and I received 50% off because my previous tires were worn and still under warranty.
LS is an awesome company, every location I have experienced has been terrific.

drove in. parked. and a guy met me at my car.
i had a slow leak in a tire that needed to get fixed because i was tired of filling it up and/or forgetting to fill it up and remembering that i forgot to check it while on 101 doing 65.
he said they would fix it.
he said it was tough to find because it was a thin long nail, but they fixed it.
and THEN, he said "don't worry about it, it is on us" and i said "really?".
sooooo....yeah, it was free and they were friendly and i am happy!

Service is FAST and the employees are extremely polite and helpful. Aric was great.
Free Beef with tires! During Feb get some beef jerky with all tire purchases - this is some kind of weird tradition with them.... who cares its free food!!
The will give you exact estimates on services needed and their tire prices are very competitive. Free rotations for life!
